How to attach windlace?

I need some help! These are the old and new windlaces off my 69 convert. I cannot for the life of me figure out how the new ones attach to the car. The service manual says it's screwed on with 2 screws. No holes for screws on the car. There are 3 tabs bent in that I suspect has something to do with this. Any help and a PICTURE would be greatly appreciated. John

Bumping this old post--anyone have a picture of how these attach to the rear quarter inside?

I don't know about any screws, there aren't any on a '68 4-4-2. The holes in the cardboard part of the windlass line up with the panel connectors/tabs on the quarter's inside panel. The holes are oversized so you have plenty of room for fitment. The cylindrical foam portion of the windlass on the top and bottom tuck into the inside panel at the top, and under the sill plate on the rocker panel, at the bottom. You will likely have to trim the foam at the top, as there will be too much material. I thought I had some pics of when I did mine, but cannot find them.
