Rally Steering Wheel Chrome or Bushed?
Okay finally ready to plunk down the cash and get a rally steering wheel for my 72 cutlass. After doing some research it looks like the Parts Place has the best price, but they offer one with chrome spokes and one with brushed:

Which is closest to OEM?

Brushed. Guaranteed. I have one in my car too.
Truth be told, I was very surprised to hear the PP has one for sale with chrome spokes. Bling appeal???
Edit: forgot to mention. If you get the wheel, you also need to change over the hub, center cap and horn contacts.

Speaking of the Rally wheel, was it an option on the Toronado for 1970? I think it would look better than the standard 1-spoke wheel that's on mine now. Also, was the Chevy/Buick style 3-spoke Sport wheel available on any 1970-72 oldsmobiles?

There isn't a 'rally' wheel for Toro in 1970 as far as I know. But you could get a 3 spoke that looks quite nice. Check out this link. The tilt/telescopic wheel is at the bottom: http://automotivemileposts.com/toron...equipment.html
The 66 Toro had a '4 spoke' , sort of. It was used to brace/support the horn blower pieces
