!969 Cutlass Firewall Carpet Guard Hardware
Anyone know what size hardware is used to attach the plastic carpet guard (toe guard) located under the steering wheel. There are two bolts. It appears to me that they are self tapping screw... not machine screws?

Factory used 1/4" x 1" hex flange screws for attachment.
Yes, they are coarse threaded and have a pointed type tip on them (not a flat tip like a regular bolt).
THREAD LENGTH is 1".
Socket/wrench size on the bolt head end is a 3/8" socket or wrench.
