Are you running the 455 on the CCC system??
Are you keeping the A/C off?

I am thinking about putting a 455 into my H/O but I want to keep mostly stock with the exception of the 455.

CCC system removed. I will run the AC system, but I haven't gone thru the wiring part of it yet and need to have a custom bracket made for the compressor. That's my plan. Mostly stock appearance but with a 455. So far so good.

Don't know what happened to the youtube vid. Here's better one anyway. Still waiting on bodywork and paint. With a vacation and the holidays coming, I'm going to wait til 2016 to get that part going.

Nice...very nice. 455...200-4R and 3.73 gears? That thing should fly.

Update: Decided to build my first engine. 461 BBO, balanced with speed pro pistons, stock crank and rods, Cometic head gaskets, Edelbrocks with HS 1.6 rockers, Lunati 290/300 (232/242) hydraulic roller, Torker and FiTech EFI. Went with a TCI Breakaway (10") converter. 3.5" aluminum driveshaft. 8.5" 10 bolt out of an 85 442 with 30 spline moser axles and a truetrac. New 3.73 gears. Not much street time at all due to life but I'll get going in 2017.
