The stripes don't appear to have the correct fade to them. They may have been repainted, rather then replaced using the correct 3M decals?
If it is a sunroof car, and all corrects parts present, that would be a decent price.
Look for W-45 on the cowl tag, in addition to any paper documentation.

I know about this car from a guy at work. It very well could be an original HO. Note the W25 hood and the dual cutout bumper. (suggests 455 dual exhaust, which would be correct). Taillights are blacked out, as is the grille. Chrome looks like it's in good shape.
The stripes appear to be painted, but not quite the right color. Original HO's had reflective decals.
Then there's the question of whether the trunk should be labeled like this

Appears the owner or PO was trying to address some rust around the front windshield. There are no moldings and signifcant overspray along the roofline and front pillars.
I'm going to send the guy an email anyway and ask for the VIN to see if this could be a real HO. Something like this would be nice to see:
