1965 4sp. Crankshafts

Was there a part number stamped on the crankshafts on the 65 olds cranks? If so what was the number for a stick crank? Thanks

No, just a forging number. Easiest way to check if it is a stick shift crank is to look at the back end.

Was the forging number different from auto cranks and stick cranks?

Nope. The manual transmission crank was the same, just drilled out for the pilot bearing. The 425 also used the same crankshaft. Since these are forged cranks you'll see the number as raised on one of the crank lobes. So if you need a manual transmission crankshaft for a project you can purchase a 1965-67 automatic transmission crank from a 400 or 425. Then have a competent machine shop cut it out for the pilot bearing or bushing if you prefer. I had this done a few years ago and the machine shop used a lathe to cut out the area for the pilot bearing. There's an old thread that has the specifics on what needs to be cut out. It worked out very well.
