Converting single exhaust to dual '59 98

My '59 Holiday Coupe (394 cid with a/c) came from the factory with a single exhaust (dual was an available option). I am seriously considering a dual stainless steel replacement system. Is this simply a matter of ordering a dual, and installing or are there other considerations that make this not such a good idea?

I have duals on my 98. Going from memory if you have the factory 1959 exhaust manifolds you can just order the dual exhaust. There is a blockoff plate required on the end of the manifold on the passenger side if memory serves me right...
