Power trunk release I.D. and question

Could you guys I.D. this trunk release? I know it is pre 1970 but what year and application? Is it 69 GM A body?
Were electric power windows available in 69 or was it vac only along with locks?

Looks like a 67-69 vacuum system.

That's the same vacuum-powered trunk release on my '69. In '69, the power door lock system was also vacuum-operated. The power windows in '69 were electric. I have the power trunk release and power windows on my '69 4-4-2. The trick with the power trunk release for those years is to have the correct piece that connects into the trunk lock at one end and slides into the trunk release mechanism at the other end - they are hard to come by and hopefully you have it.

Here's a pic of a couple of locks I had. The set-up on the bottom shows the correct piece needed to make the vacuum trunk release work. The piece on the top was close but the spade wasn't long enough to reach the vacuum trunk release mechanism.
