1972 cutlass core support tilting

hi! I don't have my fenders installed yet on my 72 cutlass but I am wondering if my core support should be titling forward a few inches with the old hardware attaching it to the frame and the radiator and Evap core installed. I'm assuming if I install the inner and outer fenders it should be fine but I'm not sure that this is sitting right. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Could it be the old hardware? Has anyone else had this experience? Thank you!

Without the front fenders in place, the only thing holding the core support is the two rubber mounts to the frame rails. This is not sufficient to properly locate the core support by themselves. This is a non-problem. Don't lose any sleep over it.
