hey everyone I'm new to this , so I have a question I have a 1984 olds delta 88 royale brougham, 307, it was running fine parked it went out the next morning and no start, will turn over but wont start, ive replaced the following, carb,plugs,wires,coil,ignition control module,cap,rotor,starter,battery,electronic spark control,, it does have a computer on it, its throwing a code 12? I checked for fuel and fire, its getting fuel, weak spark one time and blue spark another time. any and all help would be great , thank you

Code 12 simply means the system is operating normally.

Try running a temporary wire from +12v to the BATT terminal on the distributor cap and see if it starts. If not, the problem is in the distributor. If it does, the problem is between the ignition switch and that terminal.

fuel, air, compression, spark - it has to run. has no choice.

so: squirrel nest in air cleaner? no = likely getting air

fuel smell? make sure the pump is pumping. if in doubt, here is a cheap trick: while cranking hold a propane torch UNLIT over the carb intake and wide open. if it then starts you are getting zero fuel.

spark: easiest way to test is a timing light on a plug wire and crank it, no flash = something somewhere in the spark circuitry.

lastly: computer. even if you fry the ecm, they can limp. all the ecm does is control the mixture solenoids in the carb, which really dont do jack other than go up and down real fast. unplugged, it will still run somewhat.

so assuming it is not real bad like a broke timing chain, check those items and report back.
