searching old dealers - Bill McCracken Oldsmobile
Ok so the prior post seeking info about Charles Maund Olds got me thinking about my '72 Cutlass ragtop - originally code 57 Baroque gold with white top and (bench) interior, sold new through Bill McCracken Olds of Homestead, PA.
I have the original dealer books and card documentation with first owner's info (deceased 1999) but no actual sales material or dealer emblem items.
Car restored off-chassis sometime in the 90's by a subsequent owner, at which time painted its current red, so if it had a dealer emblem on the trunk, long since gone at this point.
watching ebay now and then to see if any McCracken dealer memorabilia pops up. Would be curious to see if anyone familiar with them or recalls their dealer items.
found this barely readable old ad image off the internet for reference

You're right that there's not too much out there on the web about McCracken Olds even though I saw ads for them regularly years ago. I spent about an hour searching the web after reading your post. Good luck in your search.
