Gas tank venting

Gas tank venting
I have a new fuel tank for my '70 Cutlass build. It's a "Tanks" tank I got through Summit and has 3 vent tubes. (https://www.summitracing.com/parts/tnk-tm34r)
I noticed my car doesn't have the evaporation tube behind the rear seat and I'm really not sure what I should be doing regarding the vent tubes. I have a plastic collector from another tank (I think it was from a '70) but one of the input lines is a larger size than the other and doesn't match the three on the tank. There is no charcoal canister on the car. I doubt it's relevant, but I do have a fuel return line from the fuel pump.
What are my options in regards to those tank vents? The car isn't stock and doesn't need to meet any testing requirements. Can I leave them blocked and just use a vented cap?
