electrical problems
Trying to wire in a radio, but my yellow wire is always hot. It is hot at the "radio" fuse panel also. when tested with test light In the acc position it is the brightest but still is hot at all other times. where does this yellow wire get it power from..could this be voltage regulator problem? Also my alternator light stays on and the voltage regulator clicks when battery is hooked . Not to mention fuel gauge is past full and it is new tank and sending unit..im pretty sure the ground is okay. thak you guys

Some good answers have been posted here in your previous thread:

I moved it to the electrical section.

If you are talking about the yellow power wire to the radio, it should be switched with the ignition and only hot in the RUN and ACC positions. Either someone has mucked up the wiring or you have a shorted ignition switch. I vote for a wiring problem.
