Decode this '64 body tag

Can anyone decode the accessories on this '64 cutlass. Supposedly this is from a '64 442. To my knowledge the 442 designation was not specified on the body tag, but I recall hearing or reading something about an "x" being on the body tag or maybe it was the protect-o-plate. The "x" meant the car was equipped with the B-09 police package. Thanks.

64 Fisher body tag

Here is what I have, you may already know this info but.....

10B = October 2nd week (looks like 10B)
Style 64-3127 = F-85 Deluxe Sport Coupe
Body LA = Lansing
2366 = Fisher body number
Trim 943 = Blue cloth
Paint FC = Two tone Provincial White over Wedgewood Mist
ACC = X is not a B-09 442 ID, the ACC codes are for example ,console, rear window defogger, power antenna, 2 speed wiper etc.. I don't have those facts available and not sure what the ACC codes are, again these are only examples of what some off the ACC codes may stand for and I do not imply that the codes on this plate are any of the examples I suggested.

A 10B build date (second week of Oct. '63) would be too early as the 442 package was introduced mid model year.
