Beginning of fuel line

Gents - is there a clip holding the beginning of the fuel in? I’m specifically speaking of the beginning of the line that’s running through the passenger side of the frame. I’m trying to changing it, but it won’t budge. Thanks.

I got a 72 cutlass convertible but would imagine it’s similar. Just need to get access to them.

If your changing the whole line the the back length from passenger side at front of door to over axle is one piece and there is a clip on top the frame just before the rear axle that is hard to see. That may be stopping it from moving.
