We can do some of it.

6A = build date = first week (A) of June (6) 1965, so this is a late model year build.
65 = 1965 model year
3 = Oldsmobile
52 = Jetstar 88
67 = convertible body style
BL = Linden, New Jersey assembly plant
1109 = body sequence number at that plant
TR 997-1 = ? (this will be the color of the interior and seat style)
Paint D = lower body color = Lucerne Mist Poly (sort of a medium metallic blue)
Paint A = convertible top color = black

No idea what the 22 at lower right is.

Top Color A is white. Black would be B. There are various other letters for different color tops other than white and black.

I was going by what it says on the 1965 paint chip chart. Bottom entry in the left column. No paint chip shown. It just says "A - Ebony Black."

According to this chart, white is paint code C. The comment at the bottom of the right column suggests that this chart is used for both upper and lower body colors.

Trim (TR) 997 = white vinyl upholstery .
The " 1 " in the seat type location is confusing . There should be a letter in that position to designate seat type .

Correct for paint, but not for dyed convertible tops. Those have a separate nomenclature also using letters.

Yeah, but not convertible or vinyl to colors.
