64 f85 radiator question

I'm looking for a new radiator for my 64, I was hoping to go with an aluminium one but heres the issue.. when i put the bigk block (425) in it i use the original 330 pump because of radiator hose fitment. The 330 water pump inlet is on the left side and the orig 425 pump has the inlet on the pass side. So now my radiator leaks so i figured I'll upgrade it, its tough to find a downflow radiator with both inlet and outlets on the left side.. I'm wondering if i should but the big block pump back on and have an easier time finding a radiator??? has anyone else ran into a similar issue??

Put the newer water pump back on. Order the aluminum cross flow rad from"Summit". take the measurements of the opening and find the rad that fits.
Get the one for GM cars and you are set to go.
'64 is the the only year for that pump.

X2. The 1964 pumps and radiators are one-year-only and are expensive to replace. At a minimum, look for a radiator for a 1965 442.

The '65 radiator is to tall. The core support is different on '64 as to '65.
I did it already.

Keep in mind the water pump you choose will need to have the same pulley shaft length as the one off your 330, or the water pump pulley will not line up with the rest of your pulleys.

I am running the universal summit aluminum radiator in mine with a stock replacement 68 Toro water pump, all of the hoses lined up perfect.
With the money saved on the summit radiator, you can pick up a new pump.
Be careful, the radiator I bought required squaring off and re-welding the lower corners of the radiator support.
