200R4 in '65 442?
Has powercrap trans currently with column shift.
Just want to make it more driveable/MPG better, and 4 should be better than 2, for everything!
Will modify TVS bracket and file some 'detents' in column linkage, change Yoke on driveshaft, modify trans linkage. [aware of this]
But what about;
flexplate holes to torque convertor?
speedo adapter/gears?
possible new 'glass' for the gear indicator?
Anyone done this swap??

I did one in my 72 Olds Cutlass. You will also need a new torque convertor if you want it to lock up. New drive shaft? Control module for lock up torque convertor. Very important to set the TV cable correctly so you may have to pay someone to do this. I almost doubled the cost of the trans with all the additional items. $50 here, $150 there all adds up.
It is nice to cruise at a lower rpm but it will take a long time to save enough in gas to pay for the additional cost.
After a say 3,000 miles the 200r4 is in the shop because it is leaking. I am waiting to find out what the problem is.

No, it doesn't. It actually has a Junkaway... er, JETaway, which was Oldspeak for the Super Turbine 300. Olds never used a Powerglide.
Lots have done this swap. The 200-4R bolts up, but you had better get one built to survive behind your engine. A stock rebuilt won't live long unless you really baby it. You MUST use the correct converter for the 200-4R. The Jetaway converter won't work and is a switch pitch converter in any case. The 200-4R is the same length as the Jetaway, so the driveshaft will work fine, but the trans mount is further rearward, requiring the crossmember to move back. Since the TH400 was not offered in your 65, the holes for the rearward crossmember location are not drilled in the frame. You'll need to drill those yourself.
The other complication, since the crossmember is moving, is that you will need new e-brake cables. The cables hang off the crossmember, and moving the crossmember changes the length of the cables. You'll need the front and intermediate cables for a 1967 442 with TH400. The rear cables (the ones that go to the backing plates) don't change.
Speedo gears for the 200-4R are readily available and pretty easy to change. Get them here:

Shiftworks sells the shift quadrant conversions (including the lens) for the floor shifters, but not for the column shifters that I am aware of. You may want to contact them to ask.
The 200-4R is very sensitive to heat, so consider an aux trans cooler.
