besides picking up the Olds i'm on a mission
I did that with my 50 Olds coupe from Florida that wouldn't pay for me to get, it was a 3,400miles round trip
I'm going to North Dakota any way and since i bought the 56 Olds 88 in Billings, Mt now is the time to go
I'm going to Glasgow, Mt to pick up some heavy stuff that we couldn't put in the car and if it's still there a nice shiny 50 to 52 Olds 98 or Super 88? rear bumper & a 53 Olds grille center section
I'll never be closer then 250 miles out of my way, beats 1.550 miles round trip just to pick up the stuff
You brought up a good point sometimes it's cheaper and it sure is easier hiring a guy, just the pay the money and no headaches
I'm on a mission visiting, picking up goodies and for me it's in the hunt bagging a Olds, it doesn't get better then that

I would check craigslist where you're going or will be passing by on the trip. You never know what you'll find, may help pay for some of that gas.
Not a lot of people up there so may not be a lot of stuff, but not a lot of buyers either.

You got that right, craigslist that's where i bought it, for what i paid i couldn't say no & gas is down now's the time
use to ride around in a 56 88's and they did 120mph, the gas was better then
