Dual Gate parts

Anybody have a good source for dual gate parts like the ball and dust cover? I've ordered shifter ***** from 2 diff vendors and had to send them both back because they weren't the right size. Got a dust cover from The Parts Place and it looked like it was fabricated from a beer can! cheap, cheap, cheap. ...and there were 2 big areas on it where the finish was terrible and splotchy like it wasn't prepped for chrome right . The pitted, scratched original dust cover looked better than the new one I got from TPP. If i can't find something better, might have to send the original out to get re-chromed. Appreciate any leads.

There's a guy who makes dust covers out of polished stainless and they are very nice and a lot better than the flimsy ones from the parts place. He also sells the little black plastic protector that mounts on the body of the shifter. He said he has the shift ball too but I didn't need one. His name is Scott Schmitz. Here's his email.

About 25 years ago I sent my shifter to the states. At least for you it's within your borders. I was nervous but all turned out well and for $45 I got back a piece that looked brand new. I suspect the price will be more but here is at least an option for you. Good luck.
