Bracket I.D? My brain has erased the memory

My buddy gave them to me and said they were Oldsmobile.

But from what? I believe he's mistaken.

Looks like 66/67 toro brackets. Yes they are Olds.

386916 casting# 65-67 V8, F85 Alt bracket..various options 386216, typo

the cast one is the lower alternator bracket for a 66 / 67 with air and the steel is the rear brace for the power steering pump.
