Radio replacement

I have a 71 Cutlass Supreme with a very ugly AM radio. The ***** and face does not look good. So I would like to replace it with an AM/FM with input for an mp3 player. I would like to mount it in the same location but do not want to cut the dashboard. Does anyone know where I can find one that will fit? I was thinking of a CD player type, but I do not think that would ever fit in the same opening in the dash. So the mp3 player input should work better.

Google is your friend. Try typing "auto stereo conversion companies" into the search box.

Here, I'll save you the trouble:

Thanks, I do not know why I did not think to do that. I usually Google anything I do not know about.

They re now making an exact repo of the original Am/fm with modern digital Insides. Try an eBay search

radio

I just installed a custom autosound radio with all the goodies & has an optional
cd player that goes in the glovebox. Fits perfect in the uncut dash & says
"Oldsmobile".

Check them out at: www.custom-autosound.com

Here is another option similar to what I put in my car. I made it so the 8 track face can be put on and look stock.
