The "Starfire" (one word) 425 V-8 was the standard engine in the '65 Starfire (car) and Jetstar I. Ninety-Eights and Delta 88's got the "Super Rocket" 425 as standard with the Starfire (good for 10 more hp) as an option. I don't believe the Starfire engine was available in the Dynamic 88 line.
For '66, the Starfire engine was again standard in the Starfire car and and again an option on both the 98 and Delta 88.
For '67, the last year of the 425, the Starfire engine was not standard on any Olds but was an option on the 98, Delta 88, and Delmont 88.
