Asbestos Donut in exhaust Pipe to exhaust manifold

I have a 1969 455. I'm looking to get the asbestos type donut that fits into the exhaust pipe that attaches to the w-z manifolds and flanges that I've bought. I don't know that name of that part but would like to know what that name is and where to buy it. Inline and fusick don't carry it. Thanks again.

I don't think the W & Z manifolds take the donut.....

Any good exhaust shop should have it in stock - bring your old one to match-up.

No donut required. The down pipe should be flanged to mate with the 'ball' end of the collector on the manifolds.

Thank You Retro..now I know the proper term so I can search better.
Delta and Murphy...I always thought the donut was universal for all Olds based on my reading, thanks for clearing that up...I'll let the muffler shop deal with it.

You might want to do a little research before you let them "deal with it". As noted above, the W/Z manifolds - actually any A-body manifolds - not only do not use the donuts, they cannot accept one. Manifolds that use donuts have a machined counterbore or a female taper on the inlet end of the manifold. The donut either has a short steel ring that fits into the counterbore or has a double taper cross section to fit into the manifold as well as into the flared pipe.

The Olds manifolds have a machined male taper on the outlet. There is no physical way to install a donut, nor was one ever used from the factory.

Note how this manifold has a counterbore for the donut:

Now look at the outlet end of these Olds manifolds:

Then there's this Olds 350 manifold, which has the male metal taper on the crossover port but is cut for a donut on the outlet port:
