So, we got a Lansing-built 70 442 Holiday coupe, Ivory vinyl bucket seats (937), special-order paint code (--) & white vinyl top (A)

Hopefully, I got this right.

Not much in the way of options.

What you have is a Special Order paint 442.

70 = 1970
344 = 442
87 = 2 Door Hardtop Fastback Coupe
LAN = Lansing, Mich Assembly plant
360367 = Fisher Body Unit #
937 = White themed interior with strato bucket seats
- = Denotes Special Paint Lower Body Color (Got Pics?)
A = White Vinyl Top
01D = Body began assembly in the Fisher Plant on the fourth week (D) of January (01) 1970

I am interested in collecting data on Special Order Oldsmobiles and would like to know further about this car

Since we know it's Rallye Red, I'd like to think of it as extra-cost paint.

With the white top, must be stunning.

yes the car is ralley red with white interior but the stripes on the hood and body are balck. and had white vinyl top. as i'm the third owner of this car i belive this was the way it was ordered as i knew the lady who had it new also when i got the car the shifter *** was white and i thought all 4 speed cars had black shifter ****. also this car had the night watch option.
