Vin # Historical Data and Records
If a car was purchased at a certain dealer in 1965 and you have a description of the car and no vin number, name of owner, etc. does GM, Oldsmobile or the Heritage institute have any records whereby you might be able to obtain VIN for the car?

theres a vin on drivers side near door hinges, also stamped on top of frame under drivers seat
