I'm trying to see if there's enough interest in holding an event in New Hampshire next year. It'll feature 1/4 mile drags and an area for a car show or swap meet.

I'd like to have an event open to Buick, Olds, Pontiac and Cadillac with cars divided into 2 classes for bracket racing (street legal cars and track only cars) and multpile brackets for showing (unrestored/daily driver, restored/show, and modified).

I've already talked to the manager and he needs to know what's happening by December if it's going to get into the schedule for 2012. The affordable way to do it will be to run it on an open test and tune night which means sharing the track. To go all out and rent the track is roughly $7,500 plus insurance, which is alot of money for the first time holding an event.

If anyone is interested in being a part of the event than let me know so that I can get a rough estimate of the possible attendence. If anyone is interested in helping to organize the event than that would be great too.
