Frame-off question- body to frame alignment

I am finishing up my restoration of my 1970 Cutlass, which was a frame-on restoration. I am considering a frame off for my next restroation but I am struggling with the concept of how difficult it will be to correctly align the body shell back on the chassis. I know a lot of you guys on here have done it, so, my question is this:
How difficult is it to get the body correcly aligned on chassis?

I don't think it is so hard. You should be able to get the body mounts centered on the frame holes and have it turn out well. I had the body up on drums and an a frame of wood at the firewall, then lifted the frame with floor jacks
