Question about 1964-67 Cutlass/442 Z-Bar

Question about 1964-67 Cutlass/442 Z-Bar
OK, niether my 1964 or 65 project cars have the Z-bar with them. I'm looking at one that I think is priced kinda high. But when I checked Fusick they didn't list a repop for those two years. Yearone does for $59.95 that they say fits 1964-67. Can someone give me the skinny on this? Are they a two year only, and not available repop or is Yearone correct saying 1964-67 will interchange?
