Die cast paint scheme

Just wondering if the 69 442 was available with the boot lid paint scheme as shown on this die-cast model?

No 'boot' (trunk) stripes from the factory, just on the hood. Very common for some people to paint them that way for some reason though.

Only two Cutlii ever came with factory-installed stripes on the trunk, the 1970 Pace Cars and the 1972 H/Os.

Thats what i thought. I recieved this die cast model as a present. Its kind of annoying that they painted it this way. Supposed to be a correct replica.
