Just the 1 Olds. I have worked on a 23 ford and a 29 ford and just sold a 52 Chev , the only car I have now to work on is my 69 Olds 98 convertible and she is by far the biggest car so it may take a while.

I am lucky to now own 3 classic Oldsmobiles:

1967 4-4-2 Post Sedan
1968 Delmont 88 Convertible
1969 B07 Police Apprehender Delta 88 Custom

I suppose now I have to find a 1970 4-4-2!

3 - just like Uncle Hulk. Four if you count the wrecked '68 W-34 Toro.
Three 1968 Toronados (red and gold ones are W cars, the sivler one I've had since late 1986/Jan 1987).

Dad sold his 63 Starfire he had from Jan 1989-July 2008.
Someday my plan is for another turnkey 63 Starfire

But, for now,

Hi,..........my name is John,.........and I'm an Olds-aholic.
Well John from thE West COAST, YOUR Oldsmobile fever is MILD compared to my close friend of mine.
OK he is SW's list of Oldsmombile/Olds powerd rigs:

Olds Cured Dash Replica (maybe made about trhe late 60s)
1904 Pie Wagon (6-wheeled street rod, with a c head 455!) built it under 10 months!
1923 Ford T- Bucket with a G head 455
1925 Maxwell Roadster with c head 455, two years to build
1928 Sport Coupe rare, got that 2 years ago
1935 3-window Olds coupe (as 455)
1950s:
1950 88 ragtop
52 98
54 I think
56
(3) 57s, two are Starfires(broaze and cream, the other is black and pink)-
all are J-2s
1958 ragptop j-2
1959 conv
1960 COnv
Satfires:
Three 1961s (the black one was maroon when new. Found out 6-8 years ago, THIS VERY SAME CAR HE BOUGHT NEW IN 1961!)
2 or 3 62s
green 63 ragtop
white 64 ragtop
1966 prject or parts car

1967s:
green 442
red Toronado (what dumb luck: red with balck top, rare options: disc brakes, am/fm radio, buckets seats with no console!, paid only $1500 and the former owner drove it from NY to Maine).

Plus a bunch of parts cars.

toro68, I figured I wasn't the only one with a driveway full! Although if you read the fine print you'll see that none of my projects are done. I've just been collecting project cars to tinker with and saving parts cars from the crusher, at least long enough to get some of the good stuff off. They don't salt the roads in Oregon and my home town is 300 miles from the nearest melting pot. So there's still a lot of old iron hiding behind barns and in the weeds. John

It's now getting a repaint, and than rebuild it.

there were to many dents and had him to a bodyworker.

I do want a olds older than 1960 if i finisch te 88.
Cars older than 1960 we don't pay taxes or have a yearly (checkup?)
So i only need oldtimer ensurance ( cheap) and drive

I only own one Oldsmobile 1948 Deluxe Club Coupe

I have owned my 1948 Oldsmobile model 66 Deluxe Club Coupe, for "55 years". I would say that it is 99% done. I would rate it a 2.5 out of 6.0, (1.0 being the best). It is a 3 speed standard transmission, with 56,000 miles on it. About 5 years ago I found 6 volt LED turn signal unit, for the rear window bar with 12 LED bulbs, (6 LEDs for the left and 6 LEDs for the right) for $39.95. I also had my original tube radio, converted to AM-FM-CD-Cassette, still 6 volt, with one 8" X 10" speaker. I added a "fader" and a "Boston" 8" X 10" speaker in the rear window deck. I now have Duel 8" X 10" speaker sound. There is a switch, on the bottom of the radio, under the dash, to switch from radio to CD/cassette. The volume is controlled through the radio. The "Beach Boys" sound fantastic. Every thing else is stock, EXCEPT, I put on 195-75 15" radials. The Oldsmobile has EVERY accessory, for that year, make, and model, EXCEPT, I did not drill a 1" hole into the drivers side pillar, for a spot-light mirror. My quote to the interviewers is "I do not go anywhere fast, I just look good getting there". Awards: My Oldsmobile has won: Best Oldsmobile in the Oldsmobile class, Best Car at the show, and Best GM car at the show. I have done 7 Weddings and 2 Proms. The Oldsmobile carries 1948 New York State plates. There were only 2,880 produced, in Lansing Michigan, in 1948, mine is #4.

I only have one at a time, currently the '68 442. I usually only count the three 60's era cars. I've also had a '77 Cutlass S with a V6 that I inherited from my mother. Nice two door car with white exterior, red interior and Landau top, opera windows - but totally under powered . I also had a '71 98 with the 455 and power EVERYTHING. Because it did not run when I bought it, I got it for literally $10. All I had to do to fix it was reinstall the distributor and plug wires. It turned over and started right up! There was more than $10 worth of gas in it when we towed it home, LOL! I was going to drop the 455 into my burgeoning Faux-Four-Two (black '68 Cutlass S). Getting rear-ended on the highway blew out that dream. But the insurance money is what funded my '69 442.

Hi Rich, you should post an inquiry in the Classifieds forum. Throwing a post into an unrelated topic will get you nowhere.
