Members list by state
 

Is there a members list by state? Would like to find out if I am not the only one in my state. I am computer ignorant, couldn't find one.

Hmmm, doesn't seem like a list of who lives where would give you that information. I knew a lot of girls in school who were the source of that information for me.

Honestly, it would be a good feature, and I'd bet the feature is actually available for the site but it has not been enabled on the back-end. Generally, most forum sites of this nature have a member map. You can click on the map, it will bring up the continent, country, etc.; then, click on the state (etc.) and it will show the members listed by area and/or state - from which you can click on the member name listed and it will provide you the member's profile information.

Its not that it can't be done. Its that location is not a mandatory field in the user profile. Look at the Avatar areas of members posts under join date, if its blank, it wasn't provided.
There used to be a map that was setup by a past member that you could input your location. It wasn't working correctly and not up to date.

There is also a social group area where you can set up something for people only in your area or have a special interest.
