Can these still be purchased or do I need to make one?

This is the spindle off my 71' Cutlass. Looking for this gasket, any ideas? I have the material to make them. This one is broken and has rust stuck to it. I looked in the Chassis section but didn't see anything.

You don't really need it if the seal on the back of the hub is good.

That looks like the gasket that goes between the Backing Plate and Steering Knuckle. You can get it from Inline Tube.

Note that it's just an anti-rattle part, so cutting a disc out of a fiber gasket material will work quite well. Dimensions aren't critical. Unless you're going for factory-correct, then look into a supplier.
