Electric fuel pump in tank

Does anyone make an in tank low pressure fuel pump for carbureted Oldsmobile's, 1970 Cutlass? All I can find are high pressure efi conversion pumps. I would like to have the pump in tank without doing any major surgery or using a pressure regulator if possible. Thanks.

Yeah, that'll be tough. High pressure pumps are just *capable* of high pressures. The actual pressure generated depends on the complete system and especially the regulator.
Unfortunately you're probably stuck with needing a regulator. Get a low pressure regulator for use with the carb and you're fine. I'm running a pump for an F250 with a Qjet and RobbMC's regulator.
The only in-take pump that, IMO, can be installed with a minimum of fuss and isn't junk is the Aeromotive Phantom. Even then, "not junk" is not an absolute.

I've been looking around at in tank pumps and haven't found any with low pressure for carbs.
All I have seen will require a regulator. Will also require a fuel return line if your car is not already equipped.
Tanks Inc uses Walbro pumps, supposed to be high quality.

low pressure intank pumps

There is an alternative depending on what its use will be. Chevy Monzas had low pressure in tank pumps back in the 70's and 80's.
