Looking into adding the 8 track tape player. I have AC and the lower dash valance. The car did not come stock with the 8 track and looking at the valance looks a though a person could just cut out what needs to make room for the tape player housing. OR is there a special valance that goes with the 8 track with AC.

If you cut your original with a power tool, be sure to use a slow blade speed. Too fast and the plastic will melt instead of cutting cleanly.
