There is actually a longer version here more lyrics. I remember it well.
Edit-a little googling says this campain was begun around 73-75 with many versions and instruments used. In both a tympani drum is out front and some tuba. In the one I posted I believe a bass guitar is used with fuzz effect with the others.

Cool on that full version! What I posted is what you usually heard on a particular radio station where the commercial was customized for local use. The jingle was heard at the beginning and end with the announcer reading the ad copy, perhaps adding info about local dealers, in the middle.
I just like the jingle. Takes me back to the '70s in an instant.
