I've got a 1971 triple white Conv. Cutlass Supreme. The body tag shows that the original body color was Antique Briar. Is this a failry rare color? I cant seem to find many pictures of them. Additional photos whould be heavly appreciated.

Antique Briar seems to be Yankee for Dark Brown.

Is that a purple? It looks like it but the paint scratch shows it more brown looking.

I love that color. It is very distinctive and looks really good on the 442. I suspect that it likely is rather "rare" but who knows?

I don't see that color on cutlass very much, but there many colors you don't see everyday from 1971. I don't like using the term rare, but rather uncommon.

Unfortunately, no data base exists from Olds to find how many that I know of.
