1968 cutlass convertible and 4 door

Does anyone know if the rear wheel well openings are the same?

Openings ?
4 door fender lip is different due to rear door.
The inner wheel well piece itself is unique to the convertible (flat top)
Not sure about outer wheel well.

A old guy who worked on these cars years ago says you can use the diagonal wheel opening on the rear of 70-72 Cutlass. ( cut opening out of a right front fender and use it on the left rear quarter). I don't know if this is correct for sure but I am researching it as I have some extra front fenders and a completely rusted out L/R quarter on my Vista Cruiser. I don't know if he is correct and if he is I don't know if this will work on a 68, but might be worth checking out.
