Cool car double post. would you call it a B B C post car? Also Id hate to have to find rocker panel molding for that rig! hard to find it in the original length..... Tedd

Tedd, I'd call that a custom body. 
I believe, though I am not an expert in Professional Cars, that a stretched sedan with more than 4 doors is called an Airport Limousine and was used for collecting people on the parking lot loops. This is opposed to a normal limo, hearse, ambulance, or flower car.
