Welcome

I'm in the middle of my 62 Starfire convertible restoration now. These guys are right, there are no no or after market panels available, I had to make mine. Another word to the wise, when you see a part you need on eBay or anywhere buy it right then, it won't be there tomorrow! The adventure is just beginning, but it's a blast!

Ebay becomes your evil friend. It has made lots of parts available but certainly has driven prices up. I have found stuff on ebay that I would not live long enough to go to enough swap meets to find.

On the other side of the coin . If you do have a bunch of rare and obscure parts . It is MUCH easier to offer them up on E-Bay , perhaps to several eager buyers . Than it is to drag them from swap meet to swap meet . And present them to people with no interest .
