I have play in my Wagon's door hinge pins. Should I replace them?

I just saw there is currently already a thread with the same topic. I'm sorry. I tried to delete my post but couldn't find that option....

About 1/8" play when I lift at the rear of the door. Since I'm about to paint my '72 Vista Cruiser, is that enough slop to worry about and take care of now or is it more or less normal? All doors open and close nicely and I wouldn't have known there was play in the hinges if I hadn't checked and lifted the doors.

I about to place an order to Restoration Parts and they also have door hinge pins, but looking at the hinge assembly it looks like the play might be in the bushings that hold the hinge pins and not the actual pins. What have other people done and are the pins / bushing easy to replace? Here's a picture of my hinge and the bushing around the pin. It also looks like the top of the hinge pin might be staked to hold it in and not easy to pull out the bottom?
