Finally it's here. 70 Cutlass S W31

Well after several months of waiting the car is finally here. My1970 Cutlass S W31 is a bench 4 speed car in Burgundy Mist, code 78 paint with a pearl interior. I am pretty thrilled to say the least! Just ironing out a few minor issues. A great addition to the stable! Al Just rolled off the truck.
👍
Can't wait to drive it! Has to go through a provincial inspection before I can insure it.

Rare and beautiful color! Just needs a new C & O Motors trunk emblem, where your car was delivered new. To this day they still are using the same emblem they did in 1970, with the Olds Rocket.

Here is a picture of the back of my car that came from C & O. When I was in that area a few years ago I stopped in and spoke with the sales manager. Every car on the lot had the same emblem, and the manager gave me a new one which is identical to the one on my car. The Olds rocket emblem is on the far right. When I find the sales managers contact information, I will send to you Al.

so when are you bringing that beautiful car to Friday night at Canadian Tire. I finally have my Olds all done. I will bring it along. Not quite as rare as your W-machine.

Hey Mike. Once I get this out of Province inspection done I can insure and drive the car to Friday car night at Canadian Tire in north Vancouver. I look forward to seeing your car too. I appreciate Oldsmobiles of all years. They all have something unique about them. Dave you missed a good show tonight. Big turnout and lots of bench racing! Al
