I have '68 Cutlass fenders w/ the hood hing mounts (two bolt) for a 68 hood hinge. I want to use a '69-70 hood hinge (3 bolt mount) to get the hood to open further. Their are '69 fenders that have mounting provisions for both styles so they could be used on a '68 or a 69. I want to modify my '68 fenders by adding three more mounting holes, but need a template or pattern. Can somebody who has a 69 fender with five holes where the hood hinge mounts make a pattern for me? I would pay the shipping to send it to me. This is stalling out the final part of a 5+ year project, so any help is appreciated.

IIRC, it's not as easy a swap as it sounds. '68 hood doesn't easily mate to the '69 hinges.

If you really want to go thru mating the hood/hinges, it would probably be easier to find some 68/69 fenders than trying to modify the 68-only fenders.
