What does the stamped numbers on the oil fill tube reference?

Does anyone know? Of the 5 I have laying around, I'd like to use my original unit if I can identify it. Car/engine is a 1970 built in Sept 69.

Thanks in advance

The first number is the model year from which car the pipe belonged to. The ensuing numbers are the engine number. In your case, the first number should be a zero for model year 1970.
