Rear Bumper Jacks

Rear Bumper Jacks
So I have these two rear bumper jacks that both came out of a 70-72 Cutlass. One seems to be a bigger diameter than the other. Is one for a hardtop and maybe the bigger one from a Convertable. Missing the bases and tire irons on both and would like to pick some up. Any help would be great. Thanks

As well, there were 3-4 different suppliers of jacks during that period. I know for my '68 and '69 4-4-2 cars I have, and the '70 GTO I had, there were 4 suppliers for each of those years. I've attached a picture of the bases for each of those cars, the '68 being on the left (Lansing car), the '69 in the middle (Fremont car), and the '70 GTO on the right (blue, also a Fremont car). There is also a 4th manufacturer whose design I don't have.

PS: I've found the jack date on the slide - the part that goes up and down on the post. The date is in the form of a number followed by a letter - the number being the year and the letter being the month of manufacture. I've noticed from the cars I've seen that this date is usually stamped into the head of one of the big rivets on the slide, although it can also be stamped into the main body. I've also noticed that the date on the jack tends to be fairly close to the build date of the car. For instance, my '68 4-4-2 build date is 04A and the jack is dated 8D. My '69 4-4-2 has a build date of 05C and its original jack is dated 9D. The '70 GTO had a build date of 10E and its original jack was dated 9K (they skipped "I" as a month date so 9K meant October 1969), and the '71 Corvette I used to own had a build date of December 14, 1970, and its jack was dated 0M.
