Rare? Likely not rare may be a bit on the uncommon side. Ill bet a fair number were White Green Green.
A dash/dash where the color code should be is rare(er) as that indicates a special order color not available as an RPO color.
No way of breaking color or options down to a number (with exception of W29/W30s and U X code cars).
