Looks similar to 66/67 nova, it's an Opel diplomat b and actually had the chevy 327 option over the base 6 cylinder.

I like it too. I can see why they are called poverty caps, they sure are thin metal and dent easy putting them on..

I was giving this and not many dealers got them so its rare and rare to me.
I had it going from California to Lansing in 1997 for Oldsmobile 100 Birth day in 1997. Still have it and other plates

a gift from the body shop I work at. We had a photographer come in and take pictures of the body shop for the website. My car made the website

Yes it was . Not a focus. I wish it didnt have the power lines shadowing the car but then again it easnt theor focus.
