Need help decoding cowl plate on 1956 Olds 98

Hello everyone. New here to the group. Was wondering if someone could help me decode this tag? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I assume the Style Number 56 means that it is a 1956 and the 3069 means that it is an Eighty Eight (30) four door sedan (69). I'm afraid I can't help with the trim, however. Paint code 10 is Black.
