Leaking carburetor

In need of help with my Holley carburetor, 80457-13, I'm leaking some fuel on the mechanism behind choke, don't know what that's known as.

Leaking very little, doesn't appear to be the carburetor gasket itself.... anybody ever have this problem and what is the solution?

Thanks in advance.

Looking like that's the vacuum secondary and I need a diaphragm.

I don't believe that is any gas near the diaphragm. If it is an older carb I would think that the carb base is worn where the shaft goes through.

Go through the float adjustment procedure.
Instructions:

Thank you, looks like what I need to do, learning as I go, I just pulled the sight plug from the secondary and fuel flowed out of the hole.

Looks like the throttle plate gasket is weeping. Pull the carb and tighten the phillips head screws on the bottom of the carb. Spray down the carb body with carb cleaner to clean off the dirt and fuel.
Re-install, ,do the float adjustment.
Fire it up and watch the base for seepage. if it seeps, you'll have to replace that base gasket.
Might want to buy a Holley rebuild kit so you have all the gaskets handy
