If you could own one, and only one,

Right now, it's a 1970 Vista Cruiser......complete with vintage camper trailer behind
Saw a ( correct me if wrong) 63 Starfire convert at a local show.....ummmmm

I would want the one and only 4 speed 1968 Hurst Olds that was built for George Hurst.
Why? In my opinion this car rates very high on the "cool" scale.
Next in line would be one of the few 1969 Hurst Olds converts, with the platform and golden Hurst shifter that Linda rode and held onto. What was there 3 69 H/O converts?
These cars also rate very high on the "cool" scale for me.

How could I prove whether or not I had one of these .... I have the motor from a 68 Toro I use to own . The guy I bought it from said the car had the 400hp version 455 in it . He didn't seem like he was a big car guy or anything , so I'm not sure . Is there any markings anywhere on the motor to specify this ? Did the car itself have any ? Like a W34 on the side of it or something ? I could kick myself in the rear for not parting more of that car out before I got rid of it .

Pull the cam out & look at the part number. The W-34 engine uses a different cam than the base model engine.

Great minds think alike. Or maybe we are the only ones old enough to remember what a game changer the 49-50 303 V8 Oldsmobiles were

A 66 f-85/cutlass/442 with no options, except the big block i'd build for it, Or a 62 f-85/cutlass/jetfire. they are my two favorite olds, I dont know if I could choose between them if the option came up.
